What does “A+ Grade” mean?

A+ Grade means the phone is in excellent cosmetic and functional condition. It may have minimal signs of previous use that are barely noticeable, but it looks and performs like new. Every device passes our 32-point inspection before it reaches you.

What warranty do you offer?

Every phone comes with a full 12-month warranty covering hardware and software defects. If anything goes wrong that isn’t caused by accidental damage, we’ll repair, replace, or refund. Learn more

Are the phones unlocked?

Yes. All phones sold on Vevon are fully unlocked and work with any carrier. Just pop in your SIM card and you’re good to go.

What’s the battery health like?

We only sell phones with battery health above 80%. Most of our A+ Grade devices have battery health of 85-100%. If your battery drops below 80% within the warranty period, we’ll replace it free of charge.

How does the 30-day return policy work?

If you’re not completely satisfied, return the phone within 30 days for a full refund. The device must be in the same condition you received it. We’ll provide a prepaid return label — no cost to you. Return policy details

How long does shipping take?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders, typically delivered within 2-4 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout.

Is it really better for the environment?

Absolutely. Manufacturing a new smartphone produces around 70kg of CO2. By choosing renewed, you’re extending the life of an existing device and significantly reducing electronic waste. Same great phone, much smaller footprint.
