Every Vevon phone is backed by our comprehensive 12-month warranty.

What’s covered

Our 12-month warranty covers all hardware and software defects that aren’t caused by accidental damage. This includes:

  • Battery performance below 80% health
  • Display defects (dead pixels, touch responsiveness)
  • Camera malfunctions
  • Speaker and microphone issues
  • Connectivity problems (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, cellular)
  • Button and port failures
  • Software issues that prevent normal use

How to make a claim

If something goes wrong, we make it easy:

  • Step 1: Contact us at our contact page with your order number
  • Step 2: We’ll diagnose the issue (usually within 24 hours)
  • Step 3: We’ll either repair, replace, or refund your device

What’s not covered

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Accidental drops, impacts, or water damage
  • Unauthorised modifications or repairs
  • Normal wear and tear (minor scratches, etc.)
  • Software issues caused by third-party apps
