Every Vevon phone is backed by our comprehensive 12-month warranty.
What’s covered
Our 12-month warranty covers all hardware and software defects that aren’t caused by accidental damage. This includes:
- Battery performance below 80% health
- Display defects (dead pixels, touch responsiveness)
- Camera malfunctions
- Speaker and microphone issues
- Connectivity problems (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, cellular)
- Button and port failures
- Software issues that prevent normal use
How to make a claim
If something goes wrong, we make it easy:
- Step 1: Contact us at our contact page with your order number
- Step 2: We’ll diagnose the issue (usually within 24 hours)
- Step 3: We’ll either repair, replace, or refund your device
What’s not covered
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Accidental drops, impacts, or water damage
- Unauthorised modifications or repairs
- Normal wear and tear (minor scratches, etc.)
- Software issues caused by third-party apps
