How to return

  • Step 2: We’ll send you a free prepaid return label
  • Step 3: Pack the phone securely and drop it off
  • Step 4: Refund processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the device

Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the phone must be:

  • In the same condition as when you received it
  • Returned with all original accessories and packaging
  • Free from any new damage (scratches, dents, water damage)
  • Factory reset with your accounts removed

Damaged in transit?

If your phone arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and device. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund straight away — no need to return the damaged item.
