How to return
- Step 1: Contact us through our contact page with your order number
- Step 2: We’ll send you a free prepaid return label
- Step 3: Pack the phone securely and drop it off
- Step 4: Refund processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the device
Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the phone must be:
- In the same condition as when you received it
- Returned with all original accessories and packaging
- Free from any new damage (scratches, dents, water damage)
- Factory reset with your accounts removed
Exchanges
Want a different model or storage size? Simply return the original phone and place a new order. We’ll fast-track the refund so you’re not waiting.
Damaged in transit?
If your phone arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and device. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund straight away — no need to return the damaged item.
